About Larkfir
Larkfir Conservation Services is a proudly queer-owned, independent environmental consultancy based in Lethbridge, Alberta. With over a decade of conservation experience across Western Canada, Larkfir specializes in wildlife and habitat management and enhancement initiatives, industrial impact mitigation for biophysical resources, and geospatial analysis. The name Larkfir reflects this expertise, drawing inspiration from the Horned Lark to represent fauna and fir trees to represent flora—symbolizing a commitment to conserving both plant and animal systems. As a sole proprietor, I bring a dedicated, science-driven, and ethical approach to conservation, working closely with clients to develop practical, responsible, and sustainable solutions for land and resource management.
